Draper James Eyewear — Color, Craft, and Character
For this new blog feature, I photographed Draper James Eyewear with a focus on color, texture, and handcrafted detail. The concept centered on pairing the frames with fresh florals and custom-painted props to create a warm, expressive visual language that feels true to the brand.
Flowers introduced softness and movement, while the hand-painted elements added personality and a sense of intention. Each prop was designed specifically for the frames—built to complement shape, color, and finish without distracting from the product itself.
Lighting was kept clean and directional to preserve accurate color while still allowing the scene to feel layered and dimensional. The result is imagery that feels elevated but approachable, blending lifestyle cues with strong product clarity.
This kind of set-driven approach is ideal for brands looking to move beyond white background imagery while still maintaining consistency for web, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns.
Thoughtful styling, custom craftsmanship, and product photography that tells a story.
